Our itinerary also includes an intimate audience with Australian award winning sculptor and artist, Christine Gibson, in her South Yarra home. Christine will give a short talk about her work and share with us her extensive personal art collection.
Christine studied Classical Portraiture in Sculpture in Bucharest under the watch of well-known sculptor, George Turcu. Having also worked in printmaking, pastel and ceramics, Christine was the 1985 Winner of the Burke Hall Award for Sculpture and the 1982 Winner of Reshid Bey “Portrait of a Sculpture” Award.
