Come along and enjoy a Yarn in the Yards @ Birregurra Hall - Saturday 4th Feb 1-4pm
Come along and enjoy a FREE arvo of yarns about yarn with Tarndwarncoort Homestead—from growing wool, to processing it, to selling it, to using it.
Bring along a woolcraft project to work away at while you listen or try your hand at wool grading, wool spinning or have the kids make you a felt ball key ring.
It's the last event in The Yards for 2017 and what a summer it's been!! If you haven't had a chance to check out The Yards yet, now's your chance to visit before it's dismantled in preparation for permanent landscaping.
WHAT'S THE GO WITH THE YARDS AFTER THIS WEEKEND?
The Yards has been an fun temporarIly activated space set up as part of the Birregurra enLIGHTen Me Small Town Transformation. From the end of February, the space will be dismantled in preparation for permanent landscaping that will reflect the spirit and functionality of The Yards. All the materials used in The Yards Pop Up will either be returned, re-purposed or recycled within the community.
