Finally we are in to 2021 and able to get back to some normality after the strange hiatus that was 2020.
The BCAG volunteer committee have been working behind the scenes to bring some great arts opportunities back to community with:
- BCAG's contribution to The Colac Otway Arts Trail, centralised this year at Birregurra Hall in a Covid Safe environment,
- Live music and theatre including Diesel as well as The Merger by comedian Damian Callinan (among more upcoming announcements, so stay tuned), and
- Dancing at Birregurra Hall with Yael Appelboom's Moshka Dance.
We are also hoping the resume BCAG catch ups and workshops as we come out of winter and head into spring (after everyone comes back from warmer climes), and will be working hard to make 2022 a very interesting and active year.
Also because of the hiatus, all BCAG memberships will be rolled over for a further 12 months as though 2020 didn't event exist.
Many thanks for all your positive vibes and support over the past 12 months. Hopefully most of this is past us and we can all start enjoying the arts again.
Cheers

The Merger is a hilarious and moving one man show about a struggling, small town footy team that recruits refugees to survive.
Coops, Nugget, Macca. The usual suspects from a country football team, but the characters all emerge from the audience as we are lured into the world of Damian Callinan’s impressive one-man show about the Bodgy Creek Football Club.
Award-winning comedian Damian Callinan’s hit one-man show The Merger comes full circle and returns to the stage following the hugely successful 2018 feature film adaptation - starring Callinan himself.
THIS SHOW IS ON THE 2021 VCE PLAYLIST
